WILLIAMS,

Associate Justice.—This was an action of trespass to try title, brought by appellants against appellee.

Plaintiffs are the heirs of Mary Sawyer, who had owned the land as her separate property, and, under an agreement made in the court below, are entitled to recover unless, by the instruments set out below, the defendant showed a divestiture of her title and an acquisition of it by Henry M. Pock, under whom defendant claims by regular chain of title. The instruments referred to are as follows:
