This appeal presents another phase of the protracted litigation among the claimants of the estate of George S. Gordon, deceased.

In our view of the questions raised here, it is unnecessary to make a detailed statement of the facts, necessarily prolix, wrought by a number of deaths and the consequent changes in the parties to' the litigation and those entitled to share in the distribution.
