This matter comes on before the Court pursuant to the November 14, 1991 hearing on the motion by St. Francis Hospital Medical Center (hereinafter “creditor”) for extension of time to appeal the Court’s order of October 8, 1981. Vincent Paul Rodriguez and Cherlene Blanche Rodriguez (hereinafter “debtors”) appeared by and through their attorney, Richard G. McMor-ris. Debtor Vincent Rodriguez also appeared in person.
