Plaintiff, David K. Crockett, filed this case in the Superior Court of Henry County, Georgia, seeking to recover from Defendant, Norfolk Southern Railway Company (Norfolk Southern), for the allegedly wrongful death of Plaintiffs son, Michael Taylor Crockett (Crockett). Defendant removed the case to this Court based on diversity jurisdiction.
