Affirming.
This controversy rélates to the ownership of a small body of land, containing 3.3 acres. The controversy arose from the following facts and circumstances. In 1890, in a suit for the settlement of the estate of George Winston, deceased, certain lands, belonging to the estate of the decedent, were ordered to be sold under a judgment of the Kenton circuit court.
