Charles Bryceland, Karl D. Brawner, and William Carl Christensen (collectively Bryceland), individually and on behalf of other subscribers to AT&T’s Digital PCS wireless and Digital One Rate service from October 2,1996 to December 15,1999 sued AT&T Corporation and AT&T Wireless, Inc. (collectively AT&T) for fraud in the inducement, negligent misrepresentation, deceptive trade practices, and breach of contract.
