This action was instituted in the county court of Phillips county to foreclose a chattel mortgage. The parties appear here in the same relative position as in the court below. To the original complaint defendants, appearing specially, filed a motion to dismiss for want of jurisdiction, which, treated by the trial court as a demurrer, was sustained, and plaintiff was given ten days within which to plead over, which it did by the filing of an amended complaint.
