YOUNG, Justice.
This suit in trespass to try title was brought by appellants, Anna Douglas Evans and husband, plaintiffs below, for recovery of certain lands in Collin County; and judgment was rendered for defendants on the theory that limitation ran in their favor against said Anna Douglas Evans, a contingent remainderman, prior to the death of the life tenant. Except for such pleas, of limitation, appellants would be entitled to the land. Marshall S. Pulliam, the common source of title, died October 14, 1899, survived by his wife Anna S.
