LUMPKIN, Justice.
The appellees, Hamp Collett, together with his three brothers and four sisters, each sister joined by her husband, brought this suit under the Uniform Declaratory Judgments Act, Article 2524 — 1, Vernon’s Annotated Civil Statutes, against their stepmother, Mrs. Florence Enloe Collett, the appellant, to remove cloud from title to 200 acres of land located in Motley County, Texas, and for a judgment declaring the appellees to be the owners of the land, subject to the life estate of J.
