Before the Court is defendant WymanGordon Company’s (Wyman-Gordon) motion for summary judgment, claiming that its relationship with Jackson Crankshaft Company (Jackson), an almost wholly owned subsidiary, puts it under Jackson’s immunity from suit as provided in § 131 of Michigan’s Workers’ Disability Compensation Act of 1969, M.C.L.A. § 418.101 et seq.
