The plaintiff United States commenced forfeiture proceedings against the defendant, one 28' international vessel, in the District Court for the Southern District of Florida, pursuant to 21 U.S.C. § 881. Following a one-day bench trial, judgment was entered in the plaintiffs favor, and the defendant appeals.
