I respectfully dissent from the majority’s judgment reversing the trial court’s denial of defendant’s motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict in plaintiff Harold Wilkerson’s successful action for malicious arrest against his former employer. “The credibility of a witness is a matter to be determined by the jury under proper instructions from the court.” OCGA § 24-9-80.
