William Elwood Weller, Jr., appellant, was convicted in a jury trial of capital murder, night-time arson of a dwelling, robbery, and two charges of use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. Weller received three life sentences for capital murder, robbery, and arson; he was sentenced to two and four years, respectively, for the firearm convictions.
