ROWLEY, Judge:

Elizabeth and William MacCain appeal from the trial court’s order granting Summary Judgment in favor of appellees, Montgomery Hospital, John E. DeVenney, and Robert Belasco. 1 Appellants raise the following three issues on this appeal: (1) whether the trial court erred in finding no issue of material fact where the opinion of three doctors contradicted a fourth doctor and where the trial court attributed to plaintiff, only the fourth doctor’s opinion as elicited through plaintiff’s lips rather than through the testimony of the fourth doctor and where the trial court charged…
