This action seeks to declare invalid, void, and unconstitutional an ordinance of the City of Falls City which declares: “No person shall stable or pasture any horse, mule, cattle, sheep or goats within three hundred fe,et of any residence located within the City of Falls City.” The district court held that the ordinance was valid and constitutional. We affirm the judgment of the district court.
