SEBRING, J.:
Renata L. Mahan, formerly Renata L. Reynolds, a Florida resident, instituted a suit in equity against the Tax Assessor and the Tax Collector of Dade County, seeking a decree canceling an intangible personal property tax assessment against her beneficial interest arising under a certain trust instrument wherein she is named as beneficiary.
