Elsa S. Burrows and Waters F. Burrows, her husband, have filed their second amended bill of complaint in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, in which they allege, in substance, that they are residents of Sarasota County; that each of them is a beneficiary under separate trust instruments executed in the State of New York under which the trust property is held and managed in New York State, by New York corporate . trustees; that the plaintiffs contend that they are not required by law to make tax returns on said property interests, or to pay taxes in Florida on said interests,…
