Plaintiff June E. MacDonald, individually and as guardian of her son, Edward MacDonald, appeals as of right from an Oakland County Circuit Court opinion and order which granted defendant accelerated judgment, GCR 1963, 116.1(5), based on the running of the period of limitation, MCL 600.5805(8); MSA 27A.5805(8).
