Plaintiffs brought this action for the alleged wrongful death of their daughter, June Richards. The trial court sustained a demurrer to their evidence and they have appealed.

Defendant’s railroad runs north and south through the city of McPherson and is intersected at right angles by Skancke street, an east-and-west street. At this intersection defendant has four tracks.
