Plaintiff-appellant George Hood seeks review of a district court decision which granted defendant-appellee Midwest Savings Bank’s (Midwest) motion for summary judgment. On February 21, 1997, Hood filed an action in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio against Midwest alleging, inter alia, violations of the Fair Housing Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 3601 et seq., and the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1691 et seq.
