Getto, an American citizen, appeals from a March 29, 2011 judgment of conviction entered by the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Harold Baer, Jr., Judge), sentencing Getto to 150 months’ imprisonment and imposing restitution in the amount of $8,200,000.
