Mrs. Belle Crawford, widow of E. L. Crawford, lias appealed from a judgment of the Perry circuit court setting aside a deed executed by E. L. Crawford during Ms lifetime, in wMcli he conveyed to Ms wife a tract of land in Garrard county, and ordering the land sold to satisfy a judgment against E. L. Crawford in favor of appellee, Matt Crawford, theretofore rendered in the Perry circuit court.
