MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

PAUL MANNES, Chief Judge.

Before the court is the debtor’s objection to the unsecured claim of Duron, Inc. (“Du-ron”), filed on February 15, 1995, in the amount of $73,330.06. Specifically, the court must address whether Duron is entitled to lease rejection damages and, if so, the amount thereof. 1 A hearing was held on this matter on May 21,1996. The parties submitted posthearing memoranda. For the reasons discussed below, the court will sustain the debtor’s objection in part.
