Jeffrey A. Schmutz (“Defendant”) appeals his conviction for driving while intoxicated in violation of § 577.010, RSMo (2000). 1 Defendant alleges the trial court committed reversible error when it overruled his motion to suppress and admitted the evidence at trial over Defendant’s objections. Defendant claims such evidence should have been excluded at trial because the police officer had no reasonable suspicion to stop Defendant’s vehicle. We agree. We reverse.
