BECTON, Judge.

The sole issue presented by this appeal is whether summary judgment was properly entered against plaintiff at the same time as his attorney was allowed to withdraw. The record does not indicate that the circumstances of the case justified entry of summary judgment, and we therefore reverse.

Plaintiff Underwood filed his Complaint 6 December 1979, and defendant Williams filed her answer 2 January 1980. Apparently, nothing further occurred in this case until April, 1982, when the cause was transferred to Superior Court, and Williams moved for summary judgment. The record is again…
