The petitioner, Theresa Hayden Boland, on behalf of herself and her two sisters, Hattie Hayden Jenks and Mary Hayden Boland, applies to reopen the decree dated May 29, 1940, settling the account and directing distribution of the balance of the estate to Joseph McGeary, a maternal first cousin of the decedent. That decree was based upon the then unchallenged proof that Joseph McGeary was the sole next of kin.
