George Hoey Morris (“Morris”) filed this suit on May 14, 2004, against District Attorney Eugenia Loggins (“Loggins”), Sheriff Anthony Clark (“Clark”) and Deputy Greg Jackson (“Jackson”) for claims arising out of the confiscation of Morris’s books and CDs in connection with the arrest of Adam Sage.
