THIS CAUSE comes before the Court on Cross-Motions for Summary Judgment. On February 27, 2017, Plaintiffs Patricia Gonzalez (“Gonzalez”) and Lesha Rosario (“Rosario”) (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) filed a Motion for Summary Judgment (“Motion for Summary Judgment”).
