The action herein was brought by the committee, heretofore appointed by the court in the matter of the unauthorized practice of law. The committee seeks to enjoin Ivan H. Gore from engaging in the practice of law.

The complaint lodged by the committee in substance alleges that Ivan H. Gore is not an attorney at law and has not been admitted to the practice of the law in the state of Ohio, and does not have the necessary qualifications to practice under the laws of Ohio and the regulations of the Supreme Court of Ohio.
