BAILEY BROWN, Senior Circuit Judge.

Defendant, Prudential Insurance Company (“Prudential”), appeals the district court’s denial of its motion for summary judgment and grant of a motion for summary judgment in favor of Plaintiffs, John and Maryjane Dohanyos, in this action for payment of benefits on a life insurance policy. For the following reasons, we affirm the district court’s grant of the Do-hanyos’ motion for summary judgment.
