JACOBS, Judge:

This is an appeal from the conviction of Joseph Dever, appellant, for violating the Uniform Firearms Act. Act of Dec. 6, 1972, P.L. 1482, No. 334, § 1, 18 Pa. C.S. § 6106 (1973). Several arguments are made in appellant’s submitted brief, no oral argument having been *91made, which are without merit.1 Appellant’s claim of ineffective assistance of counsel, however, requires that the case be remanded for an evidentiary hearing.
