This case conies before the Court by way of an appeal from an order of the Circuit Court for Washington County, in Equity, overruling the exceptions hied by a purchaser, to a sale reported by the appellees as trustees.
The point raised by the exceptions is that the trustees cannot give to the purchaser a good and merchantable title to the land reported by them as sold to him.
