YOUNG, District Judge.

1. Introduction

The plaintiffs Howard, Amalia, Galite, Kenneth, and Talia Reisman (the “Reismans”), and a related company, Amgata Holdings Ltd. 1 (“Amgata,” collectively “the plaintiffs”) come before this Court having sued the local office of an international public accounting firm, KPMG Peat Marwick LLP (“Peat Marwick”).
