INTRODUCTION

¶ 1 Jesse Ogden sexually abused Victim several times before her fifth birthday. Several years later, a friend of Victim's mother repeatedly abused Victim sexually. Ogden pled guilty to two counts of aggravated sexual abuse of a child. Victim intervened in Ogden's restitution hearing to seek restitution for, among other things, the anticipated cost of mental health treatment for the remainder of her life.
