—Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: Defendant was convicted, following a guilty plea, of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree and unlawful possession of marihuana. We reject the contention of defendant that he was deprived of effective assistance of counsel by the failure of his attorney to make a timely pretrial suppression motion.
