HAMILTON, Circuit Judge.

Appellant Larry Purnell sought a reduction in his sentence for crack cocaine distribution in light of the retroactive 2011 reductions to the sentencing guideline ranges for crack-related offenses. See 18 U.S.C. § 3582(c)(2). The district court denied relief.
