Theresa Calton was sentenced to 262 months in prison for conspiracy to distribute crack cocaine. Calton filed two sentence-reduction motions under 18 U.S.C. § 3582 (c)(2) based on Amendment 782 to the United States Sentencing Guidelines. The district court denied both motions. Calton timely appealed the denial of her second sentence-reduction motion and also timely appealed the denial of another related motion. We consolidated the appeals.
