Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Carroll, J.), rendered June 24, 2002, convicting him of criminal facilitation in the second degree and hindering prosecution in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

*520Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

Viewing the evidence in the light most favorable to the prosecution (see People v Lewis, 64 NY2d 1111, 1112 [1985]; People v Contes, 60 NY2d 620 [1983]), we find that it was legally sufficient to establish that the defendant committed the crime of hindering prosecution in the first degree beyond…
