*755Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Heffernan, J.), rendered May 2, 2006, as amended May 31, 2006, convicting him of sexual abuse in the first degree, rape in the third degree, menacing in the second degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment, as amended, is affirmed.
