STATEMENT OF THE CASE
Carey Helmuth appeals from the trial court's judgment in his favor on his com plaint seeking payment of commissions and un-reimbursed employment expenses following the termination of his employment with Distance Learning Systems Indiana, Inc. ("Distance"). The trial court entered judgment for Helmuth in the amount of $540.48. Helmuth filed a motion to correct error and Distance filed a cross-motion to correct error.
