In this property tax dispute, this Court previously held that the Macomb Circuit Court should have issued a writ of mandamus directing the Macomb County Treasurer to accept plaintiffs tendered funds as payment in full for its delinquent property taxes in accordance with a consent judgment entered by the Michigan Tax Tribunal.
