(“Solar Testing”) appeals from the September 6, 2000 judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas granting partial summary judgment to plaintiff-appellee, Geo-Pro Services, Inc. (“Geo-Pro”), and to third-party/defendant-appel-lee Enoch Chipukaizer (“Chipukaizer”), and made final by the agreed judgment entry of October 25, 2000.
