These actions being all for taxes and involving the same •questions of law are by consent heard together. The case first above against Newport & Cincinnati Bridge Co. is for taxes on property assessed by the county assessor, being its bridge and certain lots in the city of Newport, and for the year 1892 to 1895. The second styled case, against the Louisville & Nashville Railroad Co. is for tax on its prop■erty as assessed by the R. R. Commission for the years '1892 to 1895. The same as to the case against Maysville & Big Sandy Railroad Company.…
