THIS MATTER came on for hearing upon Thomas Goodwin’s (Debtor)'Amended Objection to Claim No. 2 Filed by Peter Prescott and Sandra Prescott (Claimants) filed January 7, 2005, and a Response regarding same filed January 12, 2005, by Claimants. On February 23, 2005, the Debtor filed a Motion for Summary Judgment regarding the Amended Objection.
