FLAHERTY, Judge.

David J. Wilkinson (Claimant) petitions for review from an order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board), which affirmed a referee’s decision that Claimant’s eligibility period for additional Trade Readjustment Assistance (TRA) benefits under the Trade Act of 1974 (Trade Act),1 19 U.S.C. §§ 2101-2495, lasted from *1244May 7, 1996 until November 4, 1995. We affirm.

Claimant was employed by Zum Industries, Inc. (Employer) and his last day of work was April 8, 1994. Claimant is an adversely-affected worker pursuant to the Trade Act.
