ORDER
THRASH, District Judge.
This is a securities fraud action. It is before the Court on Defendants’ Motion to Compel Plaintiffs to Answer Interrogatories [Doc. 49]. For the reasons set forth below the Court grants the Defendants’ Motion to Compel.
J. BACKGROUND
Plaintiffs allege in their Second Amended Complaint that Defendants defrauded the investing public by touting the success of Ther-agenics’ product TheraSeed® without disclosing circumstances that would adversely affect future demand for the product.
