Markus Hollingsworth (Claimant) petitions, pro se , for review of the November 1, 2016 order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board). In this order, the Board found that Claimant was ineligible for benefits during the weeks in which he returned to work under Section 401(c) of the Unemployment Compensation Law (Law). 2 The Board further ordered recoupment of $2,640.00 as a fault overpayment under Section 804(a) of the Law 3 and assessed eight penalty weeks pursuant to Section 801(b) and (c) of the Law, 4 imposing upon Claimant a $396.00 penalty for…
