Before the court is a Motion for Summary Judgment filed on behalf of defendants Robert P. McLeod, Lawson L. Swearingen, and David E. Verlander, III (the Law Partners). Five other deféndants or groups of defendants — Johnny E. Dollar; James E. Wool-ridge, Bobby Thrialkill, Dwight Vines, and Hugh Roche (the Bank Directors); Russell Hart; Malcolm Maddox; and Kirby O.
