Bangor-Punta Operations, Inc., and Rent-A-Cruise of America, Inc., sought to recover, in separate actions, from Atlantic Leasing, Ltd., and Chrysler Corporation the purchase price for two boats sold and delivered to Atlantic. Chrysler filed a demurrer and motion to dismiss, and Atlantic filed a plea of accord and satisfaction and also moved to dismiss. The cases were heard together and consolidated for the purpose of disposition and appeal. The trial court sustained all motions and appellants appealed.
