Before the Court is the Debtors’ Emergency Motion to Reopen and for Rule to Show Cause for Willful Violation of a Court Order for Wrongful Repossession of a Motor Vehicle (the “Motion for Rule to Show Cause”) filed by Donald and Theresa Baker (the “Debtors”). The Debtors argue that Ford Motor Credit Company (the “Creditor”) wrongfully repossessed the Debtors’ motor vehicle where the Debtors and Creditor timely entered into a reaffirmation agreement under section 524 of the Bankruptcy Code but the Court refused to approve the reaffirmation…
